We want you to love your Gund wardrobe, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is visible and the package is sealed.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
